TürkSat 50b Transponder

Hello ı have now ınstalled my new card the tbs6590 on my new OS Windows 10 Pro, installed the bda drivers and setted the settings.
Diseq (4x) -> Pos1 Türksat50b -> Pos2 Astra 19.2E
On Astra it founds many channels at 50% now more than 100 channels
but on Türksat 50B it has found nothing as i saw there are only 3 transponders it think they call it?
How can i update it or set the transponder list?

1. Try manual Scanner?
2. You can edit list of transponder in ProgDVB or in text file all.List

Manual Scanner functions but there are so many...
Where in ProgDVB can i edit the list of the transponders?

1. Manual working but not working normal Scanner? May be really no transponder list.
2. In same place where you select sat position.

Yes the trasponder list is nera to empty only 3 of them.
11196000 V 2220 mis qpsk 5/6
11470000 H 2220 S2 mis nbc-qpsk 3/4
11587000 H 34284 S2 mis 16apsk
But mor important i have searched and saved 200 Astra channels after that 20 Türksat Channels with perfect signal manually but from now to next there is no channel showing.
it shows only 2% signal everywhere turksat astra

Ok now im seeing that the prog is changing the settings by itself without a crash or something else.
İt has settet the other tuner active and the tuner where the input comes deactivated. Or the OSD skin i have chosen nothing but it has settet the default back by itself. Dont know why.
Now i have settet the wright tuner and the diseq and now scanning again the channels.
