Hello all.
Just recently installed an ASUS Hybrid DVB-T card on a new machine running Windows 11.
Using ProgDVB 7.42.4, all channels appear with severe video glitches to the point of being unwatchable, as shown in picture. Audio glitches are also heard randomly.
I have tried all available options in ProgDVB codecs options - LAV Video Decoder / Microsoft DTV Video Decoder / EVR / VMR7 / VMR9 / MadVR...
Nothing changes, picture is always severly glitched.
This is not a problem caused by bad signal, as signal strength is 90% and signal quality is 100%, with 0 bytes lost.
ProgDVB worked fine on my old machine, using same ASUS Hybrid DVB-T card on Windows 7.
Thanks for any help.

#5Successfully recorded a sample, same glitches appear on saved file.
Here is the file info:
And here is the recorded file itself, in case it could be of any use.

#6Damaged. That mean driver or signal problem. Try change mode and checkbox in Options->[device name]
