I have legal progdvb pro and windows 10. What i must do to unlock signal strength?

This is most depended from driver. ProgDVB only take value from driver and show in interface.
Do you have problem with signal level (playback of channels?)

Sometimes yes, because signal quality have 80+ but sometimes program have a lot graphics artefact like have not much signal strength and watching tv is not good

Impossible fix that on software level. Need need antenna or some amplifier.

I have normal antena, but sometimes progdvb in my computer crashed. Where i can find log what make those problem?

If you have artifacts then antenna not good for this tuner. May be good for other tuner but not for Astrameta.

in logs i have this problem (when progdvb crashed). What solution i must do?

You can try change demux in Options->Playback. But bad traffic (on bad signal) is crash test for app. Crashes are possible.
