very often crash - ntdll.dll

Hi
i'm new here so...sorry for the stupid questions
I'm useing ProgDVB 4.86 and Windows XP SP 2 Integrated sept. 2006
Very often when i try to load some channel and the program crashing and show me that the error is in ntdll.dll....
or sometimes in em2vd.ax
