SkyStar very old device and I think that is not simple. But you can look any Android DVB software for ss. Check and report in this thread.

But ProgTV communicates with HW directly unlike DVB-T Driver in the link you posted which communicates with HW layer and provides a TCP/IP interface for other apps.
Hence, DVB-T Driver isn't compatible with ProgTV, isn't it?

Not clear. But ProgTV (and all other apps) not working on hardware level. What configuration you like? Do you like connect skystar to Android device over USB? Then need some driver for DVB API. Usually that mean some custom firmware for your Android device with DVB API.

That's exactly what I want to do,
I will try to find some custom firmware for my device somewhere or try to make my own later.

By the way, In the past, I have asked you if you could make a ProgDVB Signal meter app for Android.
However, you didn't like the idea since that app will be used by 2-3 users only

There is no need for such app now since ProgTV for Android has that feature already.

Most problem how connect ProgTV to DVB... Most Android devices with DVB not have DVB API

Progtv works after building DVB API driver for the device as you already wrote above.
Regarding my Oscam question
Can ProgTV Android support OSCam CAM integration like Tvheadend does, or is this something that cannot be implemented in ProgTV?

I am thinking about OSCam . I am not can test that now.

I was quoting your own reply.
I was just trying to understand how OSCam integration could work on Android in general since there are no Windows-style plugins like Hadu, DVBJCAM, etc., and I was comparing it conceptually with how Tvheadend integrates with OSCam.
However you can test OSCam with SAT>IP.

No plugins in android. But this is not big problem. Problem is not DVB in Android.
sat>ip is bad way for DVB.
