Seemingly random files generated in C:\ProgramData

Hello,
First of all, thank you for creating this software. I use it a lot to record things from IPTV.
I do have a question: while browsing the files on my PC, I noticed that there are some seemingly random files created in the C:\ProgramData folder.
After some investigating, it appears that these are created by ProgDVB.
When I remove the files and restart ProgDVB, they get re-created again.
To exclude the possibility of a virus, I tested it by installing ProgDVB (newest version, 7.69.7 x64) in a fresh virtual machine.
There, the files are created too when starting ProgDVB. And they also get recreated when I delete them and restart ProgDVB. Some even have the same names:
Do you happen to know what these are? Perhaps it is a copy protection, or maybe files from .NET Framework?
For my main installation on my PC, I do have a license. The version in the VM is a trial. Both are Windows 11 24H2 x64.
Thank you.
