Best way to stream low-latency video to set-top clients / TVs with Red5 Pro?

Hi,
I’m working on a setup where we need to deliver low-latency live video streams to a variety of players, including IPTV apps, set-top boxes, and browsers. We’re testing https://www.red5.net/webrtc/ because it supports WebRTC for low latency, and also offers HLS/RTMP/SRT options.
Has anyone here integrated https://www.red5.net/ with: IPTV clients or smart TV apps, Set-top streaming devices ,Hybrid broadcast/IPTV players
If so, how are you handling protocol selection, adaptive bitrate, and device compatibility for smooth playback?
