UHD picture no longer showing, only sound

When using IPTV, If i use ProgDVB engine i get no picture with any UHD channels, if i change to LibVLC it again works, has something changed with Engine to break this?

Try change video renderer or/end video codec. What video card you have?

I tried changing video renderer and tried all codecs, the only thing that fixed it was changing engine, 3070Ti
