Wrong movie length - Problem playing with DVD player

Hi folks,
first, my specifications:
Windows Vista PC
TechnoTrend S2-3200 TV card (using BDA drivers)
ProgDVB 4.85.3 / new Beta 5.09.2
Yesterday I recorded a movie using ProgDVB 4.85.3 (second try with the new beta version). The length of the movie is about 2 hours which finally results in a approx. file size of 2,4 GB. It worked fine and the final mpg-file was runnable in both VLC media player and Cyberlink PowerDVD. But as soon as I start this movie on my DVD/DivX player (on my TV station) it stops playing after 43 minutes.
The strange thing about this is that the duration of the movie is said to be 2 hours, but my DVD/DivX player (Pioneer 696) states that the file is only 43 minutes long (second try it said it's 47 mins long) and therefore stops playing after this length. (Up to that point I can watch the movie in a very good quality and AC3 audio.)
Does anyone of you know how to solve this problem or has had a similar problem? (I have the impression that most of the files recorded with ProgDVB don't seem to be runnable on DVD/DivX players?!)
Regards
Sebastian
PS: Some of my friends told me to demux it with PVAstrumento and then (re)mux it with mplex, but unfortunately PVAstrumenta doesn't work under Vista.
