I´m already using Windows Vista 64bit with ProgDVB 4, but now ProgDVB 5.10.03 works on Vista 64 bit, too.

What card and driver ?

Technotrend S2-3650 CI with USB and BDA drivers. Channelsearch doesn´t work, I put the channelist from ProgDVD 4.85 into the Prodvb 5 directory, now it works...
