I want to know is progdvb compatible with pent@net? Can I watch satellite channels using pent@net via progdvb?

I am not know. This is very old cards. afaik more 6 year. And all this time manufacture not like public SDK.

I don't even know any technical details on that card.
Even the latest PDF from the manufacturer's site
did not come with any hardware details.
You might try to find out about it's chips and tuner used, to perhaps detect compatibility to any other device, that is known to be supported.
Perhaps you might find some compatible models listed in a drivers' .inf file at the end, or some hints on the real manufacturer.
However, that device is meant to be used as a Windows networking device, and due to this, it's normally busy soon after boot time, so 3rd party software may not have any hardware access at all.
But as Prog told before, even if there might be a way, without a suitable SDK for that obviously WDM controlled hardware, Prog could not support any such device.
And, of course, it's also possible, that device is blocked against 3rd party software use by it's firmware.
Chances are few...
