Device not started - Only one programm I can see

Hi,
I buy Progdvb prof.
Have Technisat Sky Star 2 - BDA Driver 4.4.1 from 01.10.2007
After starting Progdvb - first message: Device not started (Sky Star 2).
Channel search on Asta 19.2 find not all channels.
I have Disec. Hotbird and Astra.
I can see and hear Arte and Russia Today but no German programms.
How is the solution?
