Subtitle DVB not work on 4.87.9

After 4.87.6 & last version (Remake subtitle and teletext parser)..for me subtitle DVB not work ...Tested in mod VMR, VMR9 ProgDVB Video Render...with on/off Subtitles but not result...program from DigiTv Pack ( DigiFilm, Animal Planet, NAt Geografic..etc)...
Last version with subtitle DVB ok is 4.87.5
What is problem? is bug?

Satelit : Intel 10.02 (1" W) - DigiTV
DigiFilm 1,2 on 12607 H 27500
NatGeo Wide on 12563 V 27500
Animal Planet 12723 H 27500
Viasat Explorer 12643 H 27500....etc

Hm, it is bitmap subtitle... Any problem with 5.x?

Can you record 3-5 minuts of channels to TS format and public on http/ftp for me?

This is version I have: 4.73 [0.84]
Also problem with subtitles on DigiTV channels.
sometimes I can manage to get subtitles, but they are too earlier or too late then image.
Also, dont have problems with mytheatre.
But question is, why ProgDVB don't have working module (?) for DVB subtitles?
If you need recorded channel, just say, and I'll upload.
Just specify what exact do I need to do.
