I have a new tv card used;
Operating system: Vista Buisiness
Have all current drivers and program TT-Media Center installed. Card runs.
When starting from: ProgDVB 4.x, the mistakes:
Device not started! (Budget-PCI-Card) the card is out. My card program TT-Media Center, I have previously closed.
Hardware TT C-1500 (BDA) driver: TechnoTrendAG of 11.10.2007 version: 5.0.0.6
Can someone help me?

Make sure, there's no data application of the original software being active and keeping your card busy.
It may be autstarted and only be able to be toggled with the original TV application.
