In my case I always forgot to check the
INSTALL THSOURCE.AX FOR TWINHAN
option. I tried more versions, from 4.78 - 4.80.4.
After this everything is OK, device started.

Fint thsource.ax in the "filters" folder of your (expanded / installed) full install packages.

Using windows explorer search is not THAT hard, or is it?
