Did you install the original application before, and set it up completely?
So, did that work?

humm no...

I wanted not to install the 350mb pinnacle tvcenter at all cause it is too heavy and unstable even in the latest version... however i'm trying other 2 apps which are in alpha state they find channels but are too instable and uncomplete...

Can you find channels in ProgDVB in scan transonder dialog? Is it same parameters like in other applications?

if I set a known frequency in scan transponder dialog, then lock and scan it finds some channels... but i don't know all frequencies

if I use channel search nothing happens, during search sometimes level bar gets green, quality bar never

You must select list with transponders (muxes) in settings->diseq dialog.
New list you can add to transponders\TerFiles\

yep i used allregions-allchannels and Ita-all channles

strangely the frequency I scanned manually (C30: 546, 8mhz) is inside ita ini file

18=C30,546.000,0,0,2

in manual mode gets channels in automatic it does not

however now i'm experiencing a tedious issue when switching from channel to channel... program hangs for a long time before switching (progdvb leaves a minimum of 90% idle cpu during this ) not letting me to close it while being able to navigate menus... (looks like a timeshifting problem), to unlock it I have to change one of the video setting (uch as codec) as it seems to reset something

after some time watching a channel audio desyncs from video... (maybe this depends on dscaler codecs I use)

Regarding your switching trouble, this may be a codec issue.

Your scanning trouble may (but not must) result from not having the original application installed and set up before.

BDA is still pretty tricky, thanks go to Bill G. in USA, for yet another proprietary and limiting architecture...
