ProgDVB error

When i start progdvd, i get the following errors,
1. Cannot connect service provider
2. Device not started- BDA wintv nova t stick
Has anyone any ideas what is causing this.

Try to install and set up the original application first.
Why so many errors in ver. 5.12?

Why can't ProgDVB ver. 5.12 be made to run without lots of errors when it tries to start like "Unhandled exception has occurred..." and the one saying "Device Not Started (Twinhan DVB)" ?? The original application for the Twinhan II runs without errors. You would think that by the time ver. 5.12 came along all those errors could have been fixed!
