What version of ProgDVB, exactly?

Danke für die schnelle Antwort.
Ich habe sofort ausprobiert, eine ältere Version zu installieren: Nämlich Version 4.88.2 (von dieser Seite).

Die Karte wurde korrekt erkannt und ich habe versucht über einen Scan Sender zu finden.

Als ich als Scanbereich 354000 Khz eingegeben hatte, passierte es: Die Pegelanzeige schlug aus, es wurden einige gefundene Sender aufgelistet und nach ca. 3-5 Sekunden flackerte kurz ein Windows-Bluescreen auf (ich konnte den Text nicht so schnell erfassen) und mein Rechner bootete neu.

Mein Betriebssystem ist Windows XP Professional.

Wie gesagt: Mit der mitgelieferten Software von Technotrend kommt es nicht zu diesen Abstürzen. Jedoch mit jeder DVB-Freeware, die ich bis jetzt ausprobiert habe.

Bin etwas verzweifelt....(Karte kaputt?)

Thanks for your quick response. At once I tried to install an older version: In fact version 4.88.2 (from this site).
The device was recognized correctly and I have tried to scan one transponder.
When entering 354000 kHz for scanning, this happened:
The level indicator rised.
Some stations were listed, but after approx.. 3-5 seconds a Windows Bluescreen occured (I could not seize the content that fast) and my computer rebooted. My operating system is Windows XP Professional.
As I told: With the original software from Technotrend this crashes won't happen.
But it occurs with each 3rd party DVB Freeware I tried up to now.
I am quite desperate....(is my device broken?)

However, are you sure to really having tried 4.88.2 and not 4.88.1? That one had a bad scanner bug, but 4.88.2 should not.
BTW, this is not an old(er) version at all.
Came out on sunday.
The 4.x versions just don't use nor require .NET on your machine.

What stations are transmitted at 354 MHz, on your cable system?

It is definitely version 4.88.2.
I think at 354Mhz are some crypted channels. (Premiere?)

Today a friend of mine is testing the card and the software on his system.

If the software runs on his system, then it is probably the mainboard driver ?!

I will inform you tomorrow.
