HI all
i am new user of this nice site
i have skystar2 and Prog dvb 4.1
whit the degital reciver my signal and quality are more than 70% but with PC is less than 40% and ther is not nice or clear picture . what can i do that my signal rate and quality be better .

That's normal .
about picture quality , choose another video filter & render ( u can search )

Level and quality scales are not calibrated in any way.
This for, readings of different tuners can't be compared.
However, PC card tuners may be somewhat less sensitive than a good receiver. But normally this should not matter, as the signals on the LNB cable are strongly amplified already in the LNB.
If the signal is not good enough, you should find some characteristic symptoms, like heavy block artefacts, short freezes of sourd or vision, lots of typical error messages if a recording is tested in PVAStrumento.
Compare picture quality with playback of a DVB recording in another software, like WMP, PowerDVD or alike. They may use differnt codecs and settings for those.
