Reinstallation of ProgDVB 4 just works if ProgDVB 5 is insta

Hi!
When I try to uninstall a version 4 (below 4.88.x) and install a newer 4 version with a Freecom USB BDA Stick, the new installed 4 crashes immediately at the first start. If I install a version 5 parallel or if a version 5 was previously installed, version 4 works fine. Anyone knows why?
