FlyDVB dont work vith Vista?

Hi,
every time i start my ProgDVB v5.12.10, i get the messege "Device not started, BDA no device"... I have an PCI Targa LR502 NTA (FlyDVB-T Duo CardBus) with the actual v13.35.4.1 drivers and the same Probleme come with the original "DTV v1.438600 Vista" too...
can somebody help me please?
