I have ProgDVB Pro from november 2007. First I proved ProgDVB Standart and I think yhat is a very good program.
I have instaled in the same directory Elecard MPEG Player 5.0.71227.
But now I have a good list of chanels, a goog signal, but the screen is only black and the audio not work.
Can you help me?
I tented translate ProgDVB to spanish languaje but I have many errors.

In Madrid there are 32 free chanels.
I think that the problem is due at elecard, because I buy the elecard after the message of end of prove.

Try record TV to file and playback in any program.

Your solution don't work, but now I can view DVB-T television with ProDDVB.
The solution was: unistall ProgDVB 5.12.10
Install ProgDVB 5.13.01 in the default directory and C: drive
Search new channels.
I think that ProgDVB 5.12.10 work only in C:drive
