HDTV wrongly downscaled to 720x576

I watch HDTV channels (H264) with ProgDVB Pro using CoreAVC 1.6 Decoder with Windows Vista.

It works OK, but the image is square (bad aspect ratio) and limited to 720x576. If I make a snapshot the image is 1920x1080 and it has much more quality than the video, and the aspect ratio is OK.

If I change the video renderer option to "by codec" the image has good aspect ratio but is still square and is letterboxed top, left, right and bottom (like a square window in front 16:9 video, I can only watch center of the video).

I don't know what to do, please help me.
