ProgDVB 5.13.3 signal problem

When I'm trying to scan for programs ProgDVB doesn't show signal and quality strength so I'm unable to find programs. I'm using Twinhan 1030a DVB-S card with wdm driver.
Does the original application work?
How if you try to scan a transponder manually?
