Different HardwareID for different UserAccounts in Vista

hi, yesterday i bought the pro-version of ProgDVB and today i changed my useraccount from my "installation"-account to my "working"-account. sadly i had to recognize that progdvb was'nt working anymore. a different HradwareId was shown during startup and the program shut down. if it will not be possible to use the program under vista with different user accounts, it will be useless for me. in this case, is it possible that i'll get my money back? or will there be a new version in future?greetings elias gruber.
