Some questions about Playback feature

how can i specify filters with playback feature , like specify Xvid MPEG-4 video decoder instead of Divx decoder filter that ProgDVB used as default to run AVI files ! and the same issue for video render .
another issue i think it's impossible
, can i modify number of seconds shifted when use Next , Last over playback mode ?! it's 60 seconds by default and i thinks that's too much
