2 probem with ProgDVB

1: My PC has 256 MB RAM with 128 MB Graphic card and with 2.8GHz AMD Full but when I watch video and chanels, sometime videos stop for 1 second and I have this problem frequently !
2: I want to see Discovery Chanels... but That`s locked!... How can I unlocked it?
Please explain me

1.)
256 MB of RAM is critically low, if using any Windows version newer than 9x.
Think about adding some more, if any possible.
Read your motherboard manual for details, then go for an extra module of 512 MB, at least.
Else you have to install ProgDVB without timeshift, or let it reside on (perhaps an extra physical) disk.
Disable all indexing services, like of Windows itself, don't allow background virus scanning or defragmentation and similar.
Get rid of all other unnecessary background tasks, specially those networking related.
Excessive swap file usage will cause symptoms like yours.
