help installing skystar usb old model

i hae an old skystar usb satellite receiver and having problems installing it on my computer again. can anyone help please. many thanks
Sorry, we can't look over your shoulder...
However, get the latest software and driver from the manufacturer's pages, or at least install the old stuff from your CD.
Get that working before trying 3rd party software.
