Hauppauge HVR-4000 is missing transponders if I run "Channel search" and use "DiSEqC 1.0 or 2.0" I can manual add the missing transponder with "Scan Transponder"

I have attached a video to help troubleshoot the problem

Any ideas?
Thanks

Perhaps your 22 kHz band switching does not work, as you don't get anything above the default switch frequency.

Band and pola switchiung are NOT subject of a possible switch to be registered in diSEqC / LNB settings, but LNB internal components.

Regarding the few low band transponders you are also missing, how are L & Q for their neighbours?
Also possible, your LNB's LOFs do have a little offset.
To disciover and specify such, try to detune a working transponder, to find an offset of the transponder center frequency. If a systematical exists (for a band), change the LOF for that amount into the opposite direction.
