Problem with Progdvb Changing Channels

I have a problem with progdvb , when I change between channels after two three changes , a message send to send error appears and the progdvb crash and close.
anyone can help me with this problem ?
I have:
Operating System : windows XP sp2
Processor: Intel 3.2 GH
Motherboard : Gigabyte

The Error message is not belong to Progdvb Program, it's the windows XP Message when some programs crash, the windows xp send a report with the problem to Microsoft.
this is the message:
" ProgDVB has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of somthing, the information you were working on might be lost.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
We have created an error report that can sent to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous.
To see what data this error report contains, click here.
"
I don't know if anyone faced this problem before.

Without details you're in some kind of trouble...
This for the only advice I can give you right now, try again without the EPG, ETSI subs and TXT modules, for some time. Also take out all plugins, if any.
BTW, what bird(s) / provider(s) are you on?
What DVB card and driver are you using?
Does that crash happen on just one or a few channel(s), mainly?

I have the same problem, I'm using ProgDVB with a TwinHan card on Nilesat
