************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

L and Q scales may vary due to driver and device behaviour, but there's no must, this got to have any effect on reception.

the L and Q is good in module Kworld in progdvb 4
not good in BDA module in progdvb 5

But how are your visible results, worse or identical?
If identical, it's just a meter scale issue, to be ignored then.
But if you are indeed getting bad reception, with increased errors and / or losing lock on weaker but else well working transponders, it would be a driver / module related issue, somehow.
