First of all, one posting on a subject is enough.
This for I deleted the others.

Second issue, we are not all blind here, colourful capital letters are not required. CAPITALS mean SHOUTING. Please take care of the netiquette.

Then, please be precise.
Do you not get any station scanned at all? Or are they found, but no names or no video / audio, for example?
What if you scan a transponder manually?

Do you use the original CD version of ProgDVB or any other?

BTW, what's the precise device name in ProgDVB's device list?

only he can loke the sat (nilesat) and progdvb can lock it will. good q. and good signal.
but cannot make any search on the transpoder and make search by ch. and donot find any ch.
progdvb come to me on a cd with my axtrom card with a file to make sapport to axtrom card.
you can see yourself at ( axtrom.com )
the name of the device is axtrom dvb card.
and you cannot see it in the device list until you add that file come with the prog on the driver cd ( we but that file on Modules folder )
the name of that file is ( AxtromDTV_s.device )

At axtrom.com I don't find any software for model 4002.
Then I've downloaded the big driver package for model sat 201, that in fact seems to contain a software installer and even drivers for 4002.
But I can only look into, obviously because I don't have a modern RAR version, to unpack.
And it includes some software, that's again protected by InstallShield.
Obviously there is not a normal version of ProgDVB inside.

So I don't have any chance to test anything, as I don't have your hardware nor CD.

As you can't get any station, you may as well have a hardware or compatibility problem we can't be made responsible for.
Directly after sale, the original software must work, as it is, before we can interfere in any way.

Sorry.
Contact your vendor or the manufacturer, please.
Your device should be under warranty.

I THINK THE PROBLEM IN THAT FILE

Transponders\3530
Nilesat 101/102 & Atlantic Bird 4

OUR SAT IS NILESAT ONLY. WHY YOU ADD THE ATLANTIC BIRD 4 WITH IT
IN SOME MODELS WHEN THE NILESAT COME ALON IT WORKS WILL.
WHEN YOU FIND (Nilesat 101/102 & Atlantic Bird 4 ) WE CANNOT FIND ANY CH.

Why are you SHOUTING again?

Those three satellites are copositioned there by providers' intention, and they are coordinated and belonging together.

Even if being at the outer limits of the coverage area and possibly not getting all transponders, having all transponders in the list would not do any harm.
And of course a manual scan would give results on every transponder you get.

One more aspect to think about:

We don't make transponder lists, they are free to get on many places. For example, look at joshyfun.peque.org
Their content and structure is not in any way secret or magic, and every user has a powerful tool to handle them, Windows Editor / Notepad. Just make sure the entries are numbered carefully and the entries count value is set properly, as the scan ends at the given number, even if more lines exist.
And I've told already, we did not build your software package, the manufacturers did. They may have used ProgDVB as a component, but even then, they it's their business, to complete, take care, update, make compatible...
They have got your money, Prog did not.

p.s.
Sopposingly you are not allowed, to spread the original software or parts of it.
And I won't make public my e-mail anyway.

Perhaps you may want to contact Prog, look at the bottom of each page here.
But PLEASE stay friendly then.
Netiquette is a must.
We don't want to get any closer to the third world war.
