Hi,

I have just bought a Geniatech Digisat card with remote control. The unit salso cam ewith a free copy of ProgDVB Ver 4.75, which the remote works perfectly with.

I have now installed the latest version of ProgDVB, and this doesn't seem to be seeing my remote control.

When I press the power button on the remote, then Ver 4.75 starts up not the new one..? What files do I have to modify to get the remote to work with the latest ProgDVB.? and what do I have to do to them ?

Don't have your sort of hardware, but anyway, here are some basic ideas:

As the remote can start a DVB application, it must be visible in Windows device manager, as HID, activated by a driver at system start.
The settings for that HID are not done by ProgDVB, but by the installer the manufacturer has compiled.
No idea, if they included some config tool for the remote, or if and where they've put that settings, file, registry, Windows hotkeys or whatever else...

However, for ProgDVB (once active), the remote should work as keyboard controls, not remote keys.

Hope this gives you an idea where to look...
