how can i use this motor with progdvb for change satellite ??

What DiSEqC version does that motor need, EXACTLY?
The data sheet / manual should tell you.

I am not have information about diseq function on this card. May be if install twinhan driver...

Start testing with the original application, that came with your card.
If this works well, you are ready to use 3rd party software.
If not, contact the dealer or vendor or manufacturer, please.
Technically, DiSEqC 1.2 should not be a problem for any modern hardware, but also the drivers and it's interfaces have to support it.
Also make sure, not just guess and believe, what DiSEqC method is needed for your motor, exactly. May well be, there's more than one, but even then, this must be specified concretely somewhere in the manual or data sheet for it.

Generally, 3rd party software can't turn a washing machine into a lawn mower, nor could it fix anything broken on hardware, driver or dish setup or wiring...
