Create Filter Error (Video decoder) / ProgDVB 5.14.06 x64

I receive this error in ProgDVB with Vista 64 bit business.
It's a Terratec USB DVBT receiver. Terratec software runs. It has been running on Windows XP 32 bit without problems.
What do I need to install or setup ?

Please select other video codec in settings->options->direct show

Hmm. I tested my old Windows XP and it's default to Elecard.
However if I change the Video renderer it raise an error message:
Error ! Filter not Founded !
"Elecard_MPEG_2_Video_Decoder" -
And an error warning that ProgDVB is not able to access HKLM\Software\Prog which is right as I'm on Vista and due to changed security options by Microsoft should not be working.
UAC is on. I tried with Run as Administrator but no luck so far.
Any additional help ?

Try _install_ ProgDVB to new or empty directory.

It tried both versions. The x86 and the x64 to a new directory.
The standard one works without problems but the 64bit one gave me this error. Is the 64 one missing something which is included in the standard x86 package ?

Win64 version not include codecs. You must found and install it self.
On my PC I am use codecs from vista64.

Vista 64 bit business here. Certain Codecs are only in the Ultimate version but why is the x86 one working ?
Can I copy the codecs from x86 ?
But as the 'normal' version is working no real problem

You must use 64bit codecs on the x64 version.
