I have installed a newest version of ProgDVB (ProgDVB 5.14.5) and everything is fine. But I do not know where can I download a full manual for ProgDVB. I bought this program and basic things as adding my Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-4000, setting the Intelsat 10-02 and finding channels on this satellite have worked normally.
But I know that on this satellite is a station which ProgDVB did not find. And I tried to add it manually with its own technical parameters such as TID, NID and PIDS like VPID. An appropriate check boxes were inactive.

If I had the step-by-step manual,
I should find a solution.

But I can not find manual for ProgDVB. Can You help me?

It is not good idea. But you can try use scan transponder for manual scaning.

I have these questions:

1. Does the ProgDVB support only DiSEq 1.0? If no, what kind od DiSEq does it support? Does it support an USALS?
2. How can I watch 2 or more channels together (PIP function)? It can be by tabs as in this case.
3. Does the ProgDVB support more than one TV card into one PC? I am planning to independent catching an Astra 3A and a Hot Bird 7A on two LCD TV's.

Note: I could not set up the requested channel by scanning transponder as you wrote. But it was not your program's foult. There was no vertical polarization on reguested frequency by me. I do not know, how can my provider this channel distribute by his set-top-box?

Even without an extra module, you can get more than 1.0 by use of custom settings

You can use all base functions of ProgDVB free of charge without restrictions in ProgDVB Standart edition. Some additional functions, such as "Picture in a picture"(only in 5.x), AVC,H.264,AAC and DVB-S2 support, work with several audio streams and some other, are available in ProgDVB Professional only.

Though, no idea if this will enable you, to feed different picture to two monitors.
Also possible, to try to run two instances of ProgDVB, one for each tuner.
Another possible limitation, many dual head VGA cards can only use video overlay on a primary display.

You should have posted relevant details of the missing transponder, as else nobody knows what you are talking about. Also include your location, as it may be a coverage issue, for example.

Ad 1.: I saw an option to work with more than the DiSEq 1 in the picture on ProgDVB site. But I wanted to know which do I DiSEq's use? May I buy DiSEq 1.3 switch for example or not?

Ad 2.: I was not talking about ability to watch PIP. I bought ProgDVB Professional, but I have no manual and I would like to know, How can I do it? (I have to find informations about GPU abilities to feed different picture to two monitors. If is there possibility run 2 independent instances of ProgDVB, I thing, there is no problem.)

I was talking about "TV Markíza" from "Digi TV" exactly.
Technical parameters: Intelsat 10-02 at 1.0°W,
Freq. 12643 V, Tp 311XU, SR 27500, FEC 3/4, SID 2760, VPID 606, APID 839 Slk. But the same I can say about "TV Joj" from the same and "STV1" from another frequency. I am from Slovakia. Lat: 48.74 (48°44'), Long: 21.29 (21°17').

And at the end: Why if I try to change APID in a channel properties It is sometimes not setting? (I check "channel update" box. I am not surre about name of this box. I can not see it, now.)

There are some unanswered questions like my last one.

12463V may be a problem, as it has the same frequency, data rate, spot beam and gain as 12463H.

To get those separated properly, you must adjust the LNB tilt angle (skew) for the quite sharp cross talk minimum. For this use a frequency that's not double used, like 12735 V, change to the other polarisation and adjust the LNB angle for minimum signal. As software decoding computer devices may run into trouble with this procedure, better use a nice receiver or a channel selective meter for this, and if possible, disable AFC / AFT temporarily.

Even some other problems may relate to bad polarisation decoupling and resulting cross talk.

There has happen so special thing for me. I did set the Astra 3A satellite in the ProgDVB but I did not change a satellite aerial position. There is still set to Intelsat 10-02. I have received other channels such as “CT1”, “TV NOVA” and so on “RCS” thread. Can You explain it to me? Thank You.

The magic must be related with the transponder list entries.

So, when getting the stations mentioned with the Astra 3A list, write down the transponder parameters used there. You may then want to edit the Intelsat list according to those.

Anyway, as the double used polarisations cause trouble, as mentioned before, even tiny changes may matter a lot. So you may also want to find out, if the LOFs of your LNB are not 100% precise.
It's possible, you have to detune one or two MHz up or down, to get a reliable lock with the original list.
For this, try to tune manually, find out, if the center of the lock / hold range deviates from the nominal transponder frequency. If an off center value found, change the LOF in use for that amount, but into the opposite direction.
Many modern DVB tuners, mainly those with BDA drivers, need 100% correct frequencies, to work perfectly. But an LNB comes calibrated from manufacturer's site, more or less. So a LOF or both may be set a bit off the nominal value.

I am planning to use an Astra satellite. Never mind, if Intelsat 10-02 has two stations on one frequency with oposite polarizations. But I am glad, You explained it to me.

Normally, yes.
DiSEqC carrier and data interface for this is provided by the hardware and driver, but the data are not, those come from the DVB application.
The higher 1.x DiSEqC modes don't use any different hardware, just base on extended commands and / or multiple data bursts. As long as the hardware does not force some stupid timing limits for the burst length, there should be no reason for limitations.

Just 2.x partly depends on hardware, as the bidirectional option needs a DiSEqC response reading stage in hardware, which is not available from any PC tuner I know.
