New user Prog DVB.Need help

Im very new in use the program DVB. Please Im need support to know hwo set the program to open all channel. At this time only open 4 channel.
Please someone take time and help me.
Im don't know where locate the forum file to see this information.

Watching PayTV without a valid subscription is illegal.
We do NOT discuss any such activities here.
Look into channel properties, if you can find any CA type / ECM / EMM / provider IDs in there, that channel is supposed to be scrambled.
A red or green "V" icon on a station does not really matter, as this just represents a tag, that may be set falsely by the provider, as often happens on PPV stations, for example, which are marked as FTA, but in fact are scrambled, of course.
Anyway, you've put a location into your personal data, but you did not tell us, if you are talking about satellite, cable, ATSC or whatever else, or about (true) FTA or use of subscriber card and CAM, or even if your system has been tested with the original software before, that came with your device.
No such details, no way to assist..

But you have to provide all relevant details there as well...
