I have today bought ProgDVB5.15.2Pro.
License Key for "ProgDVB Professional" (share-it! Ref #: 217642085)

When I enter E-maild License Key 45BAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX74F it notifies "Hardware Id : 105A-F257-9696-1845-8EEC-875D-7298-5FD7
Status : License Locked to different machine
Registration ist correct,please restart ... " , and so gets it on and on. javascript:emoticon(':roll:')

Did you check your / your provider's spam filters, for the account used?
Do you use a web interface for mail, or a local software like outlook or thunderbird?

You should try to mail to Prog again.
