How are plugins installed? I can't find any reference to this on the website.

A Plugin goes into the "Plugins" subfolder of ProgDVB or into it's base folder, once ProgDVB is not active.
Then ProgDVB should load it on the next start.

Some plugins (that come as .exe files) have their own installation routine.
For those, read their manual or readme file.
May be, you had to point an installer to ProgDVB base folder, may be to the "Plugins" subfolder, may be somewhere else to and copy & paste.
Which way ever, in the end the DLLs go into the base folder or "Plugins" folder (that should already exist and does contain a file "readme.txt").

Windows' file manager named "EXPLORER.EXE" is a powerful tool, "NOTEPAD.EXE" another. And nothing could beat human curiosity...
