how i configure the usb HID on Progdvb in order to use Skystar's remote control?

This remote (twinhan also) work as keyboard

YES.
Just press the remote key instead of one on the keyboard, when teaching keyboard commands.
Take care to keep commands / keys unique.
Perhaps safe away a copy of the Controls.ini before making changes, so you can always go back, if something gets all to weird occasionally...

Also you can use
http://download.progdvb.com/tools/lancher.7z to start ProgDVB with this remote.
If this program not will work correctly please contact me and i upgrade it
