No more HW-ID changes allowed - Problem

Hello,
some Days ago i buyed a Key for Prog Dvb Pro. Today I installed the new Version 5.15.9 and started it. then the regestration window poped up with my Hardware ID and the Status No more HW-ID changes allowed. i wrote down my key and pressed register and i get the message Registration Key is correct. Please, restart this appliction to finsish the registration process, so i do but the window pop uped again and again and i cant start the program...
What do i wrong?
