error libeay32.dll

i have a problem with my progdvb pls help on TPS frizing pictur i can't watch a chanell only on tps
libeay32.dll is an OpenSSL Library, not used by ProgDVB itself.
So, where is it located on your system, who or what installed it?
BTW, TPS is crypted. What subscriber card, CAM and DVB card do you use?
We will NEVER EVER discuss software decrypting / plugin issues here, as that would be illegal anyway...
