Is it possible to activate form teletext undergroud with the progdvb4.74.1?

What exactly do you mean with 'underground'?
Perhaps let it start reading in in the background after channel change?
No way, sorry.
4.7x and up to some 4.8x use the old teletext module 0.27 by Maksim Voronko, a 3rd party plugin, that is not getting updated by the author anymore.
Modern versions of ProgDVB have TXT integrated.
