Hi

I want to ask how i can register Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder&Streaming Plug-in for WMP because i tried the Elecard Registrator but i didn't find anything to register here.

what shoud i do

and also there are some channels that some times don't work but they work find if i close the program and open it again and also it change it self from sat to sat without doing anything

i have windows vista.
