Save channels as playlist

Hi I have searched my iptv provider to get all channels using blindscan, is there anyway i can save the channels as playlist like m3u and use it with vlc?

ProgDVB have self format of channels list and not have export in current version.
PS: Why you not like use ProgDVB?

ProgDVB seems to be a good application, but I dont use windows on my computers.
I use Linux & Mac OS X, but thank you for the reply.
