Can't scan for channels

I'm using a Compro Videomate S350 card (on 28.2E), Vista Business 64 bit, and ProgDVB x64 (tried both 6.0.2 and 5.16.2). Card type is set to Compro.
When I try to perform a Channel Search, the scan won't run - it initially says "Scanned {0} of {1}", before changing to "Scanned 95 of 95" and reporting no channels found.
I know that the card works with ProgDVB, as manually adding channels or using Transponder Scan works fine. I've also previously used the same hardware under XP 32 bit without problems.
Is anyone able to help with this? I've tried various different configuration options, but can't seem to solve it.
