ProgDVB 5.16.2 cannot change channel

I have ProgDVB 5.16.2 and Twinhan 1020 card with BDA driver. The problem is everytime after change to a different channel, I got black screen. If I close the ProgDVB at this point and open it again, the channel can be played. So now everytime after I change a channel, I have to close Progdvb and re-open it. Anyone had this issue?
