Hi,
I'm using Windows XP with SP 3 on an EeePC 10''. The USB-Stick I use is the Digittrade DVB-T Stick USB 2.0

The software I use is ProgDVB for Windows 2000/XP/Vista version 5.16.2.

If I try to watch TV in fullscreen and tv window modus the tv stops and only the sound is going on. If I watch in normal modus (with all the button shown) everything is fine.

Any ideas?

Seems, video overlay does not work properly.
Change renderer, check codec's internal properties.
Remove all unused codecs (.ax files) from the Filters subfolder..

Perhaps your onboard VGA is the reason.
Let it have some more RAM to share.
If possible, add a second identical piece.

Reinstall DirectX, then latest VGA drivers, then DirectX again.
Check with dxdiag.
