Problem playing freeview radio/tv on ProgDVB

Installed the latest version of ProgDVB with an AF 9005 BDA USB card on an ATI Radeon x1650. The Channels pick up fine but when going to play them only Sky Sports News work, the signal strength is high for both L and Q.
Any ideas why only one channel can play on ProgDVB, is it a codec issue or is there something else I need to do ?
Cheers

A "freeview" channel may be basically encrypted, still requiring a valid subscriber card, but perhaps no valid packet / individual sub for it.
If a freeview is only temporarily, it may be necessary, to update the channel during that period, if stream IDs are changing then.
This for, please post full details on an example station or two, for others to compare.

The channels im trying to play are free to air unencrpted ones such as ITV1, ITV2 and ITV3. All play fine on BlazeHDTV player but ProgDVB picks up a lot more channels and I would prefer to use that instead of Blaze.

Picking up more or less stations must be a matter of improper settings, not the software itself.
So check LNB and DiSEqC settings (again), set the channel list to show all kinds of signals (including crypted and data only) and let group by transponder before comparing.
Free ITV channels do work fine from here.
Think technical / logical.
