hardware PID filtering (30000 symbol rate)

At my endless search for my HD channels on Thor 3/5 1W, i've googled alot and discovered that some of the HD channels recently changed frequency: http://www.telenorsbc.com/templates/Page.aspx?id=401
As i did a manual transponder scan and changed frequency, i got some of my missing channels back, but only those running at SR 25000. The other channels, are running at SR 30000, and manual scan doesnt help finding them. Info about those channels: http://www.telenorsbc.com/templates/Page.aspx?id=638
I searched in some forums from Digital Everywhere, and latest HW drivers for my FloppyDTV dvb-s2 card does support this: http://forum.digital-everywhere.com/vie ... f=14&t=205
But mostly the solutions around are for DVBViewer/FireDTV Viewer, and in this post: http://www.dvbviewer.info/forum/index.p ... opic=29335 some dude says: "Yes, hardware PID filtering is the solution and the DVBViewer has it as well."
I don't know what this is, but does ProgDVB support this? I know i can select 30000 as an option, but still i can only find HD channels running 25000.
ps! I cant seem to find any HD channels on the included (light version of DVBviewer) FireDTV Viewer either, though, i have not really spent any time testing.
